  Project දිවිසරු - ජීවිතය ජීවත් කරවන්නට 1 st phase – “ වැඩ ලොවට - අත්වැලක්” On 11 th of November 2025, Leo club of University of Colombo successfully l aunched the “ වැඩ ලොවට - අත්වැලක් ” the first phase of the project “ දිවිසරු ” at Wilpotha Bandaranaike Kusalatha school. The main objective of the project “ දිවිසරු ” is to help people who are feeling suffered with poverty and initiating new pathways to build their own life which they can live happily & optimistically. Therefore, as our 1 st phase we have selected school students who are not only engage in learning – teaching process, but who are engaging several types of vocational practices in their own school, where they tried to see the change in their lives as well as.   Miles of Smiles 7.0 – Pathways to Growth Phase 1 - Empowered to Shine On 26 th of October 2025, Leo Club of University of Colombo proudly completed the ‘Empowered to shine ’, the first phase of the project Miles of Smiles 7.0 at Viharamahadevi Child Development Center, Biyagama. Empowering Dreams: Entrepreneurial Workshop Sparks at the Heart of a Child Development Center, Statying true to our mission of empowering little minds, this phase focused on developing entrepreneurial and creative skills of children under probationary care, providing them with the resources needed and donating essential stationary items useful for their educational activities.
