On July 25th, Leo Club of University of Colombo once again embraced its environmental mission with unwavering dedication through the Leo Tree Plantation Challenge 2025 - Season 6, held Paragasthota Vidyaloka Vidyalaya. Guided by the powerful slogan "Rooting Change for a Better Tomorrow". This initiative transcended beyond mere planting, it became a symbol of unity, responsibility and the vision of a greener, kinder world.
This year's challenge stood out as a unique collaboration with the environmental pioneers of Paragasthota Vidyaloka Vidyalaya, creating a vibrant synergy between youth leaders and young environmental stewards. It wasn't just about adding greenery to the earth, it was about building lasting bonds between people, nature, and purpose. Every tree planted stood not just as a sapling of hope, but as a beacon of what we can achieve when we act together.
