“A helping hand from us to the healthy journey of a growing generation...” It is a common saying that children are like flowers. Likewise, children are young people who are cared for by knowledgeable adults. Indeed, children of this growing age are the people who will take over the world of the future. We as adults are entrusted with the responsibility of handing over the nation to a group of healthy children. In order to give birth to a group of healthy children who are strong and free from diseases, it is mandatory to provide them with adequate and proper nutrition. There are a group of children who grow up well and are nurtured under the care of their parents, as well as helpless children who live in orphanages without their parents. With the present socio-economic situation, it is extremely difficult to take care of such children properly and keep them healthy. Therefore, as one of the social missions of the Leo Club of University of Colombo, it was decided to distribute nutrit
